The Sauber Vineyard is well established as a
grower of fine syrah with intense fruit and color. The 2,800
foot elevation and well-drained granitic soils are ideally
suited for producing grapes with outstanding varietal
characteristics. This wine was handcrafted in the classic
French style. The bright, rich berry fruit is embellished by a
smokey, roasted character with just a hint of dried herb in the
nose.
